2. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION

Lisboa Marketing is an internal marketing and content management application designed to assist with the organization, preparation and publication of institutional and informational content.

Depending on its configuration, the Application may be used for:

  • content research and organization;
  • editorial planning;
  • content creation and adaptation;
  • content review and approval;
  • automated publishing;
  • management of digital content workflows;
  • integration with third-party platforms and services.

The Application does not sell personal data and does not intentionally process personal data for purposes incompatible with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.


3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

4. LINKEDIN INTEGRATION

When a user authorizes the LinkedIn integration, the Application may process information made available through the permissions granted during the authorization process.

Where the applicable LinkedIn permissions allow it, the Application may create and publish content on behalf of the authenticated LinkedIn member.

The LinkedIn integration requires the user to authorize the Application through LinkedIn’s official authentication and authorization mechanisms.

The Application does not request, collect or store the user’s LinkedIn password.

The processing of data by LinkedIn itself is subject to LinkedIn’s own privacy policy and terms.


5. AUTHENTICATION AND ACCESS TOKENS

The Application may use access tokens and other authentication credentials provided by third-party services to establish authorized communication between the Application and those services.

Access tokens are used solely for the authorized functions of the Application.

Authentication credentials and access tokens are intended to be stored in protected environments and are not intentionally made publicly available.
